We provide 100% plant based / vegan food and drinks prepared by a passionate vegan cook who understand the need for healthy, nutritious and locally grown ingredients.

Karin Vincent is the creator of all our recipes. Inspired by her homeland of South Africa, she incorporates traditional home style cooking with modern techniques (RAW) and ancient fermenting processes such as kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha and aged vegan cheeses. As a self confessed youtube food video addict, she has attended many local plant based cooking classes, studied books such as ‘Art of Fermentation’ by Sandor Katz and learnt first hand from the best available plant based chefs in NZ, nl Monika Vincent from Raw Balance Taupo, to develop her own style.

NZ, and the world, is currently experiencing a huge boom in the plant based / vegan food industry and each town now proudly boasts many vegetarian and plant based eateries. This is an exciting time for us who have for years struggled to find it readily available.

Where can you find us?

We trade Saturday mornings at the Rotary Kuirau Park Markets in Rotorua, 8am to 12pm. We are currently in the process of setting up a 100% plant based take-away and will resume our very popular delivery service once we are settled in our new premises.
